- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less spice.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
- Use chicken thighs if you prefer juicier meat.
