Description
A quick and flavorful stir fry with tender beef, garlic, honey, and a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan. Add honey, soy sauce, and sriracha. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less spice.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
