Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the mango salsa by mixing diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, and cilantro in a separate bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and thread marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve the grilled shrimp skewers with the mango salsa on the side.
