Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups frozen fries
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake fries according to package instructions.
  2. Slice chicken breasts horizontally to make thin fillets.
  3. Mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip each chicken fillet in beaten eggs, then coat with flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove chicken and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce thickens.
  9. Return chicken fillets to skillet, coating them evenly with the sauce.
  10. Serve hot with crispy fries. Garnish with fresh parsley.
