- 2 chicken fillets (about 200g each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and oregano. Stir until the sauce thickens (about 2-3 minutes).
- Return chicken fillets to the pan and coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with a side of your choice.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes to your preferred spice level.
- For extra richness, add a splash of chicken broth to the sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
