Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water, milk, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Fold in cranberries and chili flakes.
- Divide into small balls and place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
Notes
- You can adjust the chili flakes for less heat.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
