- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup bamboo shoots
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, and chili paste, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions, boiled egg, corn, and bamboo shoots.
