- 200g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 packets instant ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth, coconut milk, sriracha, and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles separately as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Divide noodles into bowls, pour the spicy chicken broth over them.
- Top with boiled egg, bean sprouts, and green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle lime juice before serving.
