Ingredients

  • 2 packets instant ramen noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 boiled egg, halved
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, coconut milk, sriracha, and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles separately as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Divide noodles into bowls, pour the spicy chicken broth over them.
  7. Top with boiled egg, bean sprouts, and green onions.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle lime juice before serving.
