A creamy and spicy pasta dish featuring juicy shrimp tossed in a rich Alfredo sauce with Cajun seasoning.
Ingredients

- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add diced bell peppers or onions with the shrimp.
