Description
A flavorful dish combining spicy Cajun seasoning with sweet honey butter sauce, served over pasta.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp butter
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in honey, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Slice chicken and return to the pan. Coat with sauce.
- Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Use any pasta type you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
