  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 large lettuce leaves (like romaine or iceberg)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into small cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
