- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 large lettuce leaves (like romaine or iceberg)
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into small cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes).
- Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Top with blue cheese, celery, and ranch dressing if desired.
- Fold the lettuce leaves to form wraps. Serve immediately.
