Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh noodles
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Mix well.
  6. Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
  8. Serve hot.
