Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for 2 minutes. Slice it into thin strips.
  4. Warm the pita breads in the pan for 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing the sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions on each pita bread.
  6. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and fold the pita bread to close the wrap.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
