- 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 8 cups water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and lemons to the pot.
- Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add sausage and corn, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the mixture and serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread or butter for dipping.
