Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, cream of chicken soup, cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
