- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, sugar, and butter until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
