Ingredients

- 500g bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Mix flour and water in a bowl.
- Add sourdough starter and salt.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let it rise for 4 hours.
- Shape into rolls.
- Let rolls rise for 2 hours.
- Bake at 220°C for 25 minutes.

- Adjust water based on flour type.
- Store rolls in a bread box.
