Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Place bread cubes in the dish.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Pour mixture over bread.
