Ingredients
Scale
- 500g bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl.
- Add salt and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let it rise for 4-6 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Grease a baking tray with olive oil.
- Transfer the dough to the tray and spread it out gently.
- Let it rise for another hour.
- Make dimples in the dough, drizzle with olive oil, and add herbs if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
