Ingredients
Scale
- 500g bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g active sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 30ml olive oil
- Rosemary, for topping
- Sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl.
- Add salt and olive oil, and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking tray and stretch it out.
- Let it rise again for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Top with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
