  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased baking tray and stretch it out.
  6. Let it rise again for 1-2 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  8. Top with rosemary and sea salt.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool before slicing and serving.
