Instructions

  1. Mix sourdough starter and warm water in a bowl.
  2. Add flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 4-6 hours.
  5. Punch down the dough and roll it out to 1-inch thickness.
  6. Cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
  7. Dust with cornmeal and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  8. Cook on a griddle over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
