- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Add the sourdough discard and warm water.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl.
- Cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.

- You can use whole wheat flour for a healthier option.
- Letting the dough rest longer improves flavor.
