Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and herbs.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin.
- Cut into desired cracker shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
