- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix sourdough starter, milk, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Add salt and flour gradually until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread the melted butter on the dough.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar, then sprinkle over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another hour.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
