  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix sourdough starter, milk, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and flour gradually until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the melted butter on the dough.
  7. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar, then sprinkle over the butter.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another hour.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla for the glaze.
  12. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
