Delicious overnight sourdough cinnamon rolls that are soft and fluffy.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sourdough starter, sugar, milk, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread butter.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the butter.
- Add raisins if desired.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let them rise for another 1-2 hours.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use active sourdough starter for best results.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Rolls can be refrigerated overnight before baking.
