Instructions

  3. Add sourdough starter, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, and flour.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
