Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Add chicken broth and lemon juice to the pan.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
