Soft, sweet cinnamon rolls that melt in your mouth. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp softened butter (for filling)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Heat water, milk, and butter until warm. Add to dry ingredients with egg.
- Knead dough until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter on top.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over butter.
- Roll dough tightly into a log. Cut into 12 slices.
- Place rolls in a greased pan. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until golden.
Notes
- Let dough rise in a warm place for best results.
- Add cream cheese frosting if desired.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
