- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 30g sugar
- 150ml warm water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200g ground beef
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, warm water, and vegetable oil to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare the beef filling by cooking ground beef with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and green onions.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of beef filling in the center of each dough circle and seal the edges.
- Steam the buns for 15 minutes over boiling water.
- Serve warm.

- Let the dough rise in a warm place for best results.
- Ensure the buns are sealed tightly to prevent filling leakage.
- Steam immediately after shaping to avoid dough drying out.
