  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, kneading until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
  10. Cool slightly and drizzle with cream cheese frosting.
