- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk.
- Add diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave jalapeño seeds in the mix.
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
