  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk.
  3. Add diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
