- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Add shredded cheese, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir until melted.
- Mix in cooked macaroni and shredded chicken.
- Fold in BBQ sauce until evenly combined.
- Serve hot.

- Use pre-cooked chicken for faster prep
- Adjust BBQ sauce amount to taste
