Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef brisket, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup smoky BBQ sauce
  • 4 pieces of flatbread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded beef brisket with the smoky BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread the BBQ beef brisket evenly over each flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the brisket.
  6. Add sliced red onion and bell peppers on top of the cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
