  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, smoked sausage, melted butter, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
