  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked potatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream together.
  3. Stir in smoked salmon, potatoes, dill, chives, salt, and pepper.
  4. Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until edges set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until fully set.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
