Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Rub the chuck roast with olive oil.
- Season the roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the roast in the smoker.
- Smoke for 4-6 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F.
- Remove from smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve with beef broth.
