- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the baby potatoes. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly. Once cool, gently smash each potato using a fork or the bottom of a glass.
- In a large bowl, toss the smashed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the smashed potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, flip the potatoes and air fry for an additional 5-10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan cheese before air frying.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings like paprika or Italian herbs.
