  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the baby potatoes. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly. Once cool, gently smash each potato using a fork or the bottom of a glass.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the smashed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  5. Place the smashed potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes, flip the potatoes and air fry for an additional 5-10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
