- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Divide beef into small balls and press thinly into the skillet.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook until browned, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove beef and drain excess fat.
- Place tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese, add beef and onions.
- Top with another tortilla and press down.
- Cook until cheese melts and tortilla is crispy.
- Flip and cook the other side.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean beef for less grease.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Serve with sour cream or salsa.
