A simple recipe for small batch rice crispy treats.
Ingredients

- 3 cups rice cereal
- 1.5 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and add salt.
- Stir in the rice cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract.
