- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter. Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter on the dough.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix icing sugar with a little milk to create a glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk.
- Feel free to add nuts or raisins for extra texture.
