Instructions

- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Roll dough on a floured surface to a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the butter.
- Roll dough tightly and slice into pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing; drizzle over warm rolls.
