- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Shred chicken with forks and mix with the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes.
