- 1.5 lbs flank steak, sliced thin
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 8 flour tortillas, warmed
- Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado, salsa
Instructions
- Place sliced steak, peppers, and onions in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, fajita seasoning, lime juice, olive oil, and beef broth. Pour over the steak and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the steak slightly with a fork.
- Serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
