- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the ribs for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the ribs to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the ribs.
- Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
- Serve hot.
