  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
