  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Place the sliced beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef, ensuring it is well coated.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  7. Stir the slurry into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
