- 6 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef, potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
