  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the roast in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes around the roast.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Add minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
