  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, chicken broth, bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
