A creamy and flavorful dish combining Cajun-spiced chicken with rich Alfredo sauce, all made easy in your slow cooker.

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir into the sauce.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and mix with the chicken and sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
